Terms of Service

Effective August 24, 2026

Additional Business terms or a DPA control where they expressly apply.

Account access

Kelden is operated by Clipt Videos LLC. Access requires a confirmed identity, an authorized workspace, and any applicable customer agreement.

Account authority

Customers must have authority to connect providers, including QuickBooks Online and Gmail; invite users; define roles; approve actions; and process the applicable firm or client data.

Service boundary

Kelden coordinates authorized finance operations, drafts, approvals, provider actions, and durable history. It does not provide legal, tax, audit, investment, debt-collection, or accounting advice; guarantee outcomes; move money; or replace the connected accounting platform or qualified professionals.

Provider actions and integrations

Provider-backed actions depend on available integrations, customer authorization, role and approval rules, provider freshness, conflicts, failures, and provider responses. Kelden does not represent an action as successful until the provider confirms it.

Acceptable use

Customers must not misuse the service, circumvent access controls, introduce harmful content, impersonate another person, violate provider terms, or use Kelden unlawfully.

Fees and term

Accounting, Operations, and Autopilot are priced per client workspace, independent of the number of supported provider connections used for that client. Checkout displays the selected monthly or annual charge, trial terms, renewal, and cancellation terms before purchase. Billing appears as Clipt Videos LLC. Applicable customer agreements control charges, taxes, refunds, trial eligibility, and usage limits.

Fair Use Policy

Normal document processing is included in every published self-serve plan. The plans do not include abusive or unusually sustained high-volume use. If processing materially exceeds ordinary accounting use, Kelden may apply safeguards, contact the subscriber, or offer a separately disclosed high-volume arrangement. No additional document charge applies unless the subscriber accepts that arrangement.

Ownership

Kelden and its licensors retain service intellectual property. Users retain their content and grant the rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality and data

Security, data processing, retention, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy and applicable Business terms. Users should not upload information they are not authorized to process.

Third-party services

Providers Kelden makes available and the customer authorizes, including QuickBooks Online and Gmail where enabled, plus payment processors, hosting providers, and other third-party services, remain subject to their own terms, controls, availability, and security practices. Kelden is not responsible for independent provider outages or changes.

Suspension and termination

Where a paid subscription exists, users may cancel through the available account or billing flow. Kelden may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, nonpayment, provider, or material-misuse reasons. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, Kelden policy, and law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to the warranties, limitations, and remedies permitted by applicable law and any additional Business terms. AI-generated drafts, recommendations, and workflow suggestions may contain errors, and users remain responsible for professional review, accounting judgment, and the authority granted to Kelden.

Kelden connects supplier documents, client follow-up, and approved bill posting for accounting and bookkeeping firms.
