Terms of Service
Effective date: June 13, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of Kelden, including the Kelden desktop app, website, API, Microsoft Excel add-in, and Google Sheets add-on. Kelden is operated by Clipt Videos LLC (“Kelden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Kelden, you agree to these Terms.
The Service: Kelden helps users inspect, review, explain, and safely edit spreadsheets. Kelden may provide AI-generated responses, workbook reviews, proposed changes, summaries, and related outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them or applying changes. Kelden is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or professional advice. Accounts: You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Desktop App, Add-ins, and Integrations: The Kelden desktop app is the primary product experience. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets add-ons may provide companion functionality. Third-party integrations, including Microsoft, Google, Box, and Stripe, are also subject to those providers’ terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect, upload, access, or process any spreadsheet, file, or account data you use with Kelden.
Data, AI Outputs, and Billing
Your Data: You retain ownership of your files, spreadsheet content, prompts, and outputs. You grant Kelden the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not use Kelden with data you are not authorized to process. Do not use Kelden for regulated data requiring special contractual terms unless we have agreed to those terms in writing.
AI Outputs: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You must independently verify important outputs, formulas, calculations, summaries, and edits. Kelden will not apply workbook changes unless you confirm them through the product flow, where that confirmation flow is available.
Subscriptions and Billing: Paid plans, subscriptions, and billing are processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices, limits, and features may change. You may cancel according to the billing flow provided. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use, IP, Feedback
Acceptable Use: You may not misuse Kelden, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer restricted components, bypass usage limits, violate law, infringe others’ rights, or use Kelden to create harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
Intellectual Property: Kelden and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Kelden or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kelden intellectual property to you.
Feedback: If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation.
Termination, Disclaimers, and Liability
Termination: We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Kelden or others, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.
Disclaimers: Kelden is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Kelden’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Kelden in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
