Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Clipt Videos LLC, operator of Kelden, may process account and invitation details, authorized accounting and connected email provider metadata and content, workspace activity, source artifacts, draft communications, approvals, provider responses, audit history, billing records, support requests, and business communications.
How we use it
We use information to create and secure workspaces, authenticate users, connect authorized providers, prepare and coordinate finance operations, route approvals, preserve attributable history, provide email support, process billing, improve reliability, comply with law, and send product marketing only with consent or another lawful basis.
Sharing
Kelden may share information with providers Kelden makes available and the customer authorizes, including Google and Intuit where enabled, and with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, payment processing, security, communications, analytics, and operations. Google user data is not used for advertising. We may also disclose information where required by law or applicable terms.
Google user data and Limited Use
Where a customer connects a Google account, Kelden accesses Gmail data (messages, attachments, drafts, and labels) only to provide user-facing workspace features the customer requests: bringing authorized email content and attachments into the customer's workspace, preparing and organizing correspondence, and sending messages the customer approves. Kelden's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Kelden does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, does not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and does not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve these user-facing features, for security operations, or to comply with applicable law. Humans do not read this data unless the customer affirmatively permits it for support, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Retention
Workspace records and authorized provider artifacts are retained while needed to provide the service, preserve firm and client history, follow Kelden policy and applicable agreements, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Deleted content may remain temporarily in secured backups before scheduled removal.
Choices and requests
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or request portability. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time. Workspace controls may provide additional choices for firm administrators and connected providers.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method is risk-free. Information may be processed internationally with safeguards required by applicable customer terms and law.
