Effective date: June 13, 2026. Kelden is operated by Clipt Videos LLC (“Kelden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Kelden across our desktop app, website, and add-ins, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
We collect account and billing information (processed by Stripe), spreadsheet and integration data, usage/diagnostic details, and customer support messages. Kelden processes spreadsheet context only as needed for AI features, does not sell your content, and uses data to provide, improve, and support the service.
Information We Collect and Use
We collect your account data (name, email, plan), integration data (Microsoft, Google, Box), billing information (via Stripe), spreadsheet content you choose to process, and support information. We use this data to operate and improve Kelden, generate AI responses, manage your account, provide support, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
We may send spreadsheet context to our API and AI providers to generate features as requested. We do not sell your spreadsheet content and aim to restrict access to only what’s necessary for features, especially when using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets add-ins.
Service Providers and Retention
We share information with vendors and service providers who support Kelden (cloud, AI, payments, analytics, integrations). These providers act on our behalf or under their own terms (such as Microsoft, Google, Box, Stripe).
We retain data as needed to operate Kelden, comply with laws, resolve disputes, and enforce terms. Spreadsheet context sent to APIs is processed temporarily for requested features and for safety. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Security and User Choices
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, and cloud security settings. However, no system is completely secure—only use Kelden with data you’re authorized to process.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can disconnect third-party integrations from the app or their providers. You may stop using Kelden at any time.
Children, International, and Changes
Kelden is not designed for children under age 13. If you are under 13, do not use our services.
Kelden processes data in the United States and other countries where providers operate. We may update this Privacy Policy over time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
